Passport Application Procedure Following 9/11

We suggest that you ensure that you have an up-to-date passport so that in the event that urgent travel is required, you will not find yourself in a bind. Passport processing times are now 10 working days for in-person applications and 35 working days for mail-in applications (excluding mailing time). There have been many other changes that you need to know about. Please call the number listed or check the Passport office website at www.ppt.gc.ca

You may obtain applications at the Passport office, any post office or they can be downloaded from the Passport office website.
