Salsa on St. Clair

¡Buenos Tardes a todos!

It is a great pleasure for me to send greetings to everyone here to enjoy another beautiful Salsa on St. Clair. I would like to thank the National Bank, TLN Telelatino, and the Hillcrest Village B.I.A., along with all volunteers for their hard work and dedication to making this an ever larger event during summer in Toronto. Most especially I would like to thank the musicians for providing the sounds that will have everybody dancing all weekend long.

Salsa is also a chance to practice my Spanish !!!! fantastic language …every vowel pronouncesd !!! no exceptions !!!

My Spanish below – [This weekend allows all of us to experience the rhythms, culture, artistry and cuisine of Latin-America right here in our great city. The cultural diversity that exists in our country is something of which we are all justifiably proud. We can see it here as Canadians of all backgrounds are getting together this weekend and enjoying a bit of salsa muy picante.]

Este fin de semana nos permite a todos experimentar los ritmos, la cultura, el arte y la cocina latinoamericana aqui mismo en nuestra gran ciudad. La diversidad cultural que existe en nuestro pais es algo que nos tiene ciertamente muy orgullosos. Lo podemos ver aqui mismo, este fin de semana, como Canadienses de muchos backgrounds diferentes nos reunimos para disfrutar un poco de salsa muy picante.

I look forward to continuing to work with all members of the Latino community across the country as we seek the best for our country and to help create a better world.

Thrilled to also be able to answer the question about my ‘chicken mojito’ recipe submitted to the Chicken Farmers MP competition for the best chicken sandwich recipe….. it’ll be presented in their recipe book…. I’ll post it asap…. it won $100. for The Stop Community Food Centre……
